    Dr. Misho Ravic

    Group Chairman and CEO

    Dr. Misho Ravic has over 30 years’ experience in the education, health and business sectors and has been involved in the setting up and the running of a number of educational institutions in Dubai, Canada, Africa and the UK. He holds a degree in computer science and has also studied commercial law. Dr Ravic sits on both Edulink’s Board of Directors and its Executive Board.

    Damian A. Riviez, Ph.D

    Group Director for International Development

    Since graduating with a PHD in Educational Administration from the State University of New York Damian A. Riviez has accumulated over 25 years’ experience in both academia and industry over four continents and 12 countries in a number of capacities related to teaching, research, operations, training and consulting.

    He has acted as an adviser and consultant to a wide range of global enterprises in the public, private and non-profit sectors including the Ministries of Education of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC): several Economic Development Agencies, municipalities and US embassies; Walt Disney World; ACME Corporation; and Metro Media Hospitality.

    Dr Riviez has also sat on a wide range of community advisory boards in the education and services sectors and served as a director for a number of start-up organisations in the fields of education and small business development.

    Professor Helen Mason

    Group Academic Director

    Professor Helen Mason has 30 years of academic, administrative and research experience gained at several top UK universities including the University of Birmingham, Imperial College and St George’s Medical School at the University of London. She is internationally recognised and respected for her work in the area of ovarian biology and medicine, the subject of the  PHD awarded to her by the University of London

    Prior to joining Edulink, she held the post of Professor of Reproductive Endocrinology and Head of the Centre for Biomedical Education at St George’s. She was elected Fellow of the Society of Biology in 2011.

    Professor Mason has published over 100 papers and contributed chapters to a numerous books relating to her specialist field of polycystic ovary syndrome. She has also delivered over 30 international conference presentations, and is regularly called on by TV and radio stations to offer an expert opinion.

    Bharat Ratteshwar

    Group CFO

    With a BA in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Missouri, Bharat is a highly experienced financial professional with over 16 years’ experience in finance and auditing where he has led finance teams within a number of global companies and successful dealt with challenges of varying scale and complexity. In the process, he has also worked across a number of sectors and industries, including manufacturing, contracting, ‘Big 4’ auditing and assurance, oil and gas and conglomerates, as well as healthcare and education.

    Bharat also holds a CRMA (Certification in Risk Management Assurance) designation from the Institute of Internal Auditors.
